1. Payment Policy.

• Guaranteeing the Booking: Green Life Family Apartments Pamporovo operates on a fully digital self-service basis, meaning there is no physical reception desk. To confirm your reservation, a 100% advance payment of the total booking value is required.

2. Payment Deadline

• For bookings made via the website: Payment must be successfully processed at the time of booking using a credit or debit card.
• For bookings made via phone or email: Payment must be received within 24 hours of the confirmation being sent by the hotel. To proceed with the payment for the full value of your reservation, you must first start the online check-in process by clicking the button at the bottom of the confirmation. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Right to Free Cancellation:
• Free cancellation or date modification is permitted up to 21 days prior to the check-in date. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, the prepaid amount will be fully refunded to the card used for the advance payment.
• In case of cancellation, modification, or a no-show less than 21 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% of the total booking value will be applied, meaning the amount is non-refundable.

4. Important Information for Online Check-in

• Since the check-in process at the complex is fully digital, personal access codes (for the elevator and the room) are generated automatically and are activated only after a successfully completed Online Check-in. To allow the system to proceed with the online registration, the total booking amount must be paid in full. At the bottom of the reservation confirmation, you will find an "Online Check-in" button. Once clicked, you need to follow the indicated steps.

5. For your maximum convenience, we recommend completing the process using a mobile phone. The codes are activated at the designated check-in time, which is 3:00 PM, and remain active until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
